Want to Know if Google Ads can Work for Your Business?
Google Ads is one of the best ways to bring in new traffic, leads and/or sales for any business but you need to know if it is an effective channel for your business. That is, will Google Ads give you a Return On your Investment (ROI)?
Firstly, consider how much budget you have and what you might expect to achieve based on the average Cost Per Click (CPC) and Click Through Rates (CTRs) for your industry and the volume of traffic associated with the keywords you think would be a good fit, factoring in that even when a prospect clicks through to your website you need to convert them.
Secondly, have a look at your competition. If they are finding success, there is a good chance that you can do the same. On the other hand, if others are not advertising there will be less competition for the same keywords so this may make the CPC you need to pay lower.
Lastly, if you don't have a clear view, just test it! The only true way of understanding the potential for your business is to jump in and give it a go. The most you will lose is the money spent advertising and you have everything to gain.
