Although not often used, the information captured about your prospects is also very valuable for your company.  Looking at this information can help tell you if the prospects you are meeting are similar to your existing customers or whether they are potentially more valuable.  The information your prospects share with you can also help tell you whether these people may be prospects for other products or services from your business.

For example, if you are capturing previous bills from a competitor because you are offering a free price comparison service and you identify that this customer is a habitual late payer you might decide this customer is not worth acquiring because of the time they would take up with the financial services team.
